Add to this weekend residents whose primary homes are in southern Germany, Switzerland or abroad.
Due to the edge-of-city location medical infrastructure is thinner than downtown — a GP is five minutes away by car, the nearest specialist often only in Schlossstrasse. This is why a specialist house call in Wannsee is often the calmer and faster option compared with a drive to Steglitz or Charlottenburg.

Parking on private grounds is generally unproblematic. For addresses at Sandwerder or Grosser Wannsee with private boat or jetty access we agree by phone which entrance is most practical. On request we coordinate with property management or housekeeper.
