Our team understands. We arrive in civilian clothing, with a neutral medical case, no vehicle branding. We coordinate with security personnel, present ourselves at the requested entrance, observe protocol and etiquette. Treatment happens in the residence, on the embassy floor, in the hotel or in a private apartment. Invoices are issued via our Privatärztliche Verrechnungsstelle with English diagnosis translation on request. We treat fluently in English; further languages are coordinated from the team (French, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Polish subject to availability). On request, patient documentation can be anonymised.

How a VIP house call works

Call — often by the assistant, security or residence administration. We take down symptoms, address, preferred language, security particulars and insurance status. Within minutes a time window is confirmed. The physician drives unmarked, parks at the agreed location, presents at the agreed entrance.

On site, a thorough history and examination follow. Diagnostics are performed unobtrusively. Treatment happens in the room. You receive prescription, certificate and invoice — sent to the assistant on request. Follow-up visits, referrals to Berlin specialists or hospital admissions are coordinated as needed. On request the physician can remain available during an event or reception.

Billing, privacy, framework agreement

Standard GOÄ billing via the Privatärztliche Verrechnungsstelle. For diplomats: most embassies and foreign ministries cover costs for staff and families — the invoice is sent directly to the embassy or insurer. For VIPs from business and politics, private insurance is the default. International travel insurance is accepted.
